www.naturalblaze.com/2017/12/canola-oil-memory-alzheimers-learning-deficits-obesity.htmlCommon Food Ingredient Is Zapping Your Memory Away Leading To Alzheimer’sWe’re talking about canola oil! One of the worst food creations in modern history if you can even call it a food product. A study came out showing that canola oil was like battery acid to the cardiovascular system – and no one listened. Canola oil was recently linked to declining memory, learning deficits and… obesity! Canola oil contains a long-chain fatty acid called erucic acid, which is especially irritating to mucous membranes; canola oil consumption has been correlated with development of fibrotic lesions of the heart, CNS degenerative disorders, lung cancer, and prostate cancer, anemia, and constipation. Not only are canola, soybean and corn oil now coming from genetically modified crops, but their processing is beyond toxic to human metabolism.

jesus h christ! how hard is it to crack an egg that people have to invent mold substitutes imagine going into a diner and saying you want yr mold sunny side up..... sigh..... this is such a shithole world get me outta here! www.naturalblaze.com/2018/01/panera-clean-menu-now-consulting-restaurants.htmlPanera Went 100% Clean, Now Consulting Other Restaurants To Do The SamePanera kept its promise to make a clean menu – in 2017, the eatery stripped 96 “no-no” ingredients from its menu, removing aspartame, artificial colors and flavors, MSG, preservatives and more. It’s been through the grind and is consulting other businesses to do the same by launching Panera Clean Consultant. Did you know that the eggs you get at restaurants and fast food places might not be real eggs? They may actually be “hockey puck” egg-like molds that are made up of five ingredients. This is one of the issues that Panera Bread ran into when it crossed over to the light side and is now teaching other chains about.

www.greenmedinfo.com/blog/you-don-t-know-soylent-frightening-food-substituteThe Hidden Dangers of of Soylent "Meal Replacement"I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S WORSE: a product full of GMOs and chemically-derived additives that proudly lauds its healthfulness and humanitarian benefits, or, a manufacturer that blatantly hides the fact they are using GMO ingredients by keeping them off the label? In the case of Soylent, a meal replacement drink made with GMO soy and other genetically-modified ingredients, the makers want you to know how proud they are to use GMOs in their product. Reading like a Monsanto ad, the post on Soylent’s website spouts a litany of pseudo-scientific propaganda about the safety of GMOs that GreenMedInfo has spent the last ten years debunking. Putting the issue of GMOs to the side for a moment, Soylent’s suitability as a meal replacement still has the insurmountable problem of its use of synthetic chemicals as nutritional additives. Ingredients such as sucralose (aka Splenda), petrochemically-derived vitamin E, and known substances possessing carcinogenicity such as manganese sulfate, chromium chloride, sodium molybdate, and sodium selenite, deliver the “nutrients.”

to the last 2 posts. allergic to soy, so I can test things that claim to be soy free, next, soy has some bad things in it (even without the GMO), it was traditionally only consumed if it was fermented. (there is a good reason for this) so why did they grow soy at all ? it was because it will grow through some very messed up weather. lentils are just fine, no issues there, but the idea of soy and lentils together as the future of food was a bit wrong chickpeas grow where soy beans will, and has none of the anti nutrition factors.
as to the plastic. I am also have very bad reactions to plastic. disani and aquafina use reverse osmosis water. (this is what I drink from my well) they package under pressure. so most of the plastic does not get into the water. regular bottled water in plastic is just not worth it to me. yet disani and aquafina (coke and pepsi versions of the same thing, no clue what was what brand, so no attention to how I ordered them) is about the only bottled water I would even try without being pretty sure I would end up on the floor in need of medical attention.

I make my own reverse osmosis water and store it in metal. no point in buying what you can do a better job of making.
tofu is one of the few good ways to soy and not have it hurt you.
