moving between dream worlds is something that can be done,
not sure words work well for telling this,
but here goes
the assumption is that every world is a dream world,
the more that share a world, the more solid it is,
and everyone seems to collect in the world where all the energy is (like here)
and many dreams people have only have just them in it
how you get to various world is to change where you process your information from...
(Castaneda called it an assemblage point)
imagine an arrow, (ok, maybe 2 of them) your consciousness is at the tip if the arrow,
the point (or points) I am talking of are where the feathers would be, and the arrows do not have to be straight,
when you are going to sleep, that point changes a huge amount and you end up in other worlds for a while,
(how you actually get to the worlds so you don't come back to the one you started at is to take your consciousness back down the arrow shafts, might be handy to do after you have no body here, I have done this 2 times in the past, and it was the total opposite of comforting)
how fixed in position the back of the arrow is determines how real a world seems, if someone takes drugs, it moves the points a small amount so that someone is not quite seeing this world like everyone else (this is why things feel less real to them)
here is a neat trick to fix that point solidly in other worlds, no clue why it works
when you go to sleep, remember your body position (front, side, on back, and the position of your limbs),
then when you are aware you are dreaming (I know this takes practice), you go to sleep in the dream in the same body position,
when you become aware in the dream inside the dream, it will all be very real, (because you have fixed that point(s) very solid)
one of the easy ways to be aware in a dream to set a trigger point, like whenever you touch a door knob, or set your watch to beep on the hour and ask yourself when you here it (and set the watch so you can here it when sleeping as well).
ask yourself every time your trigger point happens if you are in a dream or not.
after enough time of doing it all the time you will start to do it when dreaming
also, you might need to be able to dream without focusing to hard and taring the dream apart,
a handy way to practice this is to look at a few items in the dream, then go back and make sure they are still there,
keep practicing till they nothing vanishes on you.
this also helps our memory if you start choosing more and more items, because remembering things is a big issue when you start playing with this sort of thing
I am sure there are more tricks to getting this to work well, but I am sure you will find out what works for you when you start exploring.
if you have no intent on trying all this,
one handy use of this is that if you are having a bad dream and wake up, make sure to go back to sleep with another body position so you end up in another world than you had been in.
and if you wake up from a dream you want to get back to, go back to sleep in the closest body position you can manage from when you woke up, better yet, don't move at all, and then think about that place
as to my assumption of all worlds are dream worlds,
someone over here www.nationaldreamcenter.com/ started to ask people to give them maps of the worlds they dream of
and as it turns out, the maps start to connect to each other and many are clearly of the same place.
I have talked to many people that have seen construction projects in a dream, and later things were changed,
the one story gets me the most because they say there was a huge hill to get to one house in dreams, it was pain to get past, and was getting worse and worse as years went on.
he then later told a family member about this hill in his dreams, then finds out that there use to be a hill there, and that before he was born someone got upset at it and leveled it.
but clearly did not get rid of it in the dream world.
I have had similar things happen in dreams that I later found out that others had the same map of things that had changed about when I saw them change (this was 10 years before the national dream center was out there)
so I guess that I see this sort of data matching what you would expect to see if all the worlds are dream worlds.
also it appears that the dream control that you learn in other worlds applies to this one,
it is just that this one is more shared and fixed, so it is just harder to do here.
get a group of people together here for a common goal and it makes it way easier to do in our regular world.
