by the way,
his warning not to push energy to much is serious.
he says you have to work on the secondary energy pathways first.
and even then, might mess things up.
I thought I was being careful...

so I bought a paper copy of this book with all the updates from 1999
it is very changed...
says if you are interested in energy work that yo get his book called "energy work" (2007)
as I am less interested in astral travel, guess I got the less than ideal book

if you are doing energy work and getting good at altering this reality,
something to keep in mind.
you can do anything with personal energy. nothing can stop you from using it for any task (good or bad).
the energy from above will only work for things that are good to be doing.
so, you might want to check if the energy from above will go to your task before using personal energy as well.
and if you don't know what "energy from above" means now, you very very likely will know if you start playing with it a bit.
also, if you do bad things with your personal energy, every bit of power you had will be taken from you. and if it is not done in this life, it will be done for your next life.
just saying that some people have power that is way beyond the wisdom they have to use it correctly, and I am just saying that this issue is corrected as needed.
I personally like the abilities I have, and would never do anything to risk loosing them.

energy work can mess things up I sure don't know enough to fix every biological process to fix things that get messed up unintentionally. turns out that there is a way to fix this imbalance use a pyramid here is a link on how to build and set them up www.detailshere.com/pyramids.htmalso tells of an angle to build them at that is more effective than the ones I have used in the past. I tried it and it works well. |

more on the pyramids
been testing lately,
they really seem to work well for the spiritual work
and what I really made this post to say is that
the new angle I have been testing works great,
easiest way to say it you make a polygon with 10 sides ( decagon ), draw lines form each corner to the opposite side,
then use 4 of the segments to make your pyramid
another way to say it is with a base length of 1, your edge length is 1.618
I am using copper (conductive) and lining it up with the magnetic field of the earth
